Making Embroidered Felt Holiday Stockings

Brief Description

Participants will make felt holiday stockings, along the way, learn how to sew by hand, to embroider, and to use a felt kit.

Any Prerequisite Skills or Knowledge Needed?

No special skill or previous experience required

Time Footprint

There will be a 2-hour meeting for all participants to get started. Then, participants can work on their stockings during the rest of the week at any time, perhaps working 1-2 hours a day. This would be an activity that I can help advise the students on when they have questions during the week and the remainder of the semester if they don't finish it by the end of the Joy Term.
