The Joy of Coffee: From Green Bean to Cup of Joe

Brief Description

Participants will get to learn about the process of making great coffee, starting with the green coffee bean and culminating with a fresh, hot cup of brewed coffee. Participants will learn about various coffee origins and get hands-on experience with different roasting and brewing methods, while also getting to stretch their palettes by cupping the coffee to detect the flavors which are a part of each bean.

Time Footprint

Consistent participation will be required during the week. There will be daily meetings each day in the late morning (around 10 am-noon).
